Thank you for purchasing from Quixfo. The following terms apply to any installation or customization services that you request or purchase from us.

Words with capitalized initial letters have specific meanings as defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms are in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

  • “Company” (referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) refers to Quixfo.
  • “Products” refer to the items offered for sale on our website under Projects.
  • “Orders” mean a request by You to purchase installation or services from Us.
  • “Service/Support/Customization” refers to the in-house support ticket system [support.quixfo.com].
  • “Website” refers to Quixfo, accessible at www.quixfo.com.
  • “You” refers to the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which the individual is accessing or using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights / Refund Policy

  • Once the project starts and the agreed amount is paid, the payment is non-refundable.
  • Since We offer services, and service initiation may not be immediate, You can request a refund within 24 hours of payment.
  • If a new version of the software is released on system during the installation or customization process, We are not obligated to upgrade the installation/customization to the latest version.

Upgradation Policy

  • Automatic software upgrades from system after customization are not applicable. We are not responsible if the system breaks due to self-applied updates.
  • If You wish to upgrade your system after customization, this will be treated as a separate service and will be charged accordingly.

Support Policy

  • No further support will be provided once the installation/customization process is completed.
  • During the customization process or before the release of the application, You are entitled to two revisions. No revisions will be accepted after the codebase is handed over or the project is released.

By placing an order for any of our installation or customization services, You acknowledge that You have read and accepted these policies. If You do not agree with the terms, We ask You not to place an order with Us.
